Customers often wish to utilize data from their old systems. Some choose to convert and import the data themselves, while most others ask Ormandy to do so. Ormandy regularly converts and imports customer, vendor, inventory, customer equipment, serialized tracking A/R and A/P open item files from our customers' old systems.

TRAINING

Ormandy provides a variety of training programs in our training facility, as well as on-line training tailored to the needs of specific users. On-site training is available to meet customer requirements where a customer can provide training center facilities.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Ormandy provides unlimited telephone support following the installation, with on-site consultation and training at special rates. Our support staff walks users through the setup process, checks their work, answers their questions and suggests ways to exploit the power of their Ormandy Solution.

HARDWARE AND CONNECTIVITY

Many of our customers know everything there is to know about radios, pagers, phones and other communications equipment, and have no desire to become computer or network experts. Ormandy designs networks and can supply the operating systems, software and hardware, including servers, workstations, POS equipment, and peripherals, with post implementation support and server co-location services.

Our secure server and data management service accommodate the needs of customers who prefer to rely on a professional service provider to support their technological needs.
