SERVICES PROVIDED FOR SERVER CO-LOCATION

Services provided under this program are dedicated to Ormandy software solutions customers.
It is this specialization that brings a comprehensive and useful service to our customers.
We understand the requirements of our customers based on our familiarity with the market, products and customer base they are involved with, and the software applications they use.
This is a dedicated service.

SERVER HARDWARE/NOS

• The server may be provided by the customer, or by Ormandy.
• Customer provided servers are tested and certified by Ormandy before the service can begin. The
   cost of modifications made to the server is borne by the customer.
• Ormandy can provide the required hardware with the level of redundant backup that maintains
   server up time and speed of performance.

WIDE BANDWIDTH CONNECTIVITY TO THE INTERNET

• As a host, Ormandy has dedicated Wide Band connectivity to the internet. This allows the customer
   locations to be on line with high speed connectivity in any location serviced by an ISP.
• Ormandy can provide research services to identify, price and configure ISP alternatives to suit the
   needs of our customers.

TAPE BACKUPS

• Backups are performed based on the needs of the customer.
• Off-site storage of backups is a precaution for disaster recovery.
• Frequency of backup is decided by the customer. Backups are spot tested for reliability and
   performance of tape drives, with regular tape replacement.

POS SUPPORT

Support services on POS workstations provided by Ormandy are covered by the monthly co-locating charge. This includes on-line setups and help for workstations, printers, cash drawers, scanners,
mag-readers and display screens.
